New diet 2012
Is there a new diet in 2012? Is this year going to be another painful uphill battle for you fighting your weight and other health or habit issues. Is some new diet or program going to have the answer you are looking for? Probably not (sorry).
As I have read before in blogs on this site and others this battle is 90%+ attitude, biology and history are on our side. People have gone before us losing weight, the parameters are different for everyone but one thing stays the same... It's possible.
Set a weight loss goal and give yourself a 4 week time period to change life as you know it. 28 days where we refuse to cheat, face cravings without wavering, and simply refuse to make this just another year of failed attempts. Stop blaming diets, coaches, health issues, even though all of those can be factors and just give this year a fair shake.
28 days
Lift weights 2 times per day for 20 minutes each - find the time.
Do cardio at LEAST once per day for 25 minutes - find the time.
Do some physical activity you don't hate
Reward yourself with something other than cheating food.
